Our editorial team follows four evidence buckets for every claim published:

1. Official brand terms

Verified directly from brand websites and product labels.

2. Label and ingredient facts

CFU counts, strain names, dosages, and certifications verified from product labels.

3. Peer-reviewed or government sources

PubMed, PMC, NIH, FDA, FTC, and indexed journal citations.

4. Editorial testing and experience

First-person product testing over 30 to 90 day periods with documented results.
